We created SORAI to challenge the status quo
There are new ways to create solutions, solve challenges and deliver value for organisations given major shifts in design, innovation and technology.
Design must evolve: While it continues to embrace its creative superpowers and human-centricity as a practice and business function, it needs to be more efficient in its workflows, data-led in its decision making, and have a more measurable value outlook for the clients it serves.
Traditional consulting showcases impressive thinking, but often does not translate to the building great Products and services, and so, fails to deliver on its promised value. Additionally, the key knowledge amassed by the working team is retained by the consultants than with the client who needs it.

OUR NAME
The origin of our name is deeply connected to our mission and values.
We looked at Japanese culture, where the name SORAI comprises two characters:
The character 天 (ten) represents "Rain, Sky, Universe." Our holistic approach to problem-solving, considering the broader impact of our solutions and our ambition to create products and services that meet immediate needs and contribute to a larger, sustainable future.
The character 彩 (sai) means "Color, Pattern, Appearance." It signifies our dedication to the art and craft of design, highlighting our focus on creativity and the aesthetic aspects of our work. It reflects our commitment to adding depth, variety, and beauty to everything we create.
Both characters embody a blend of limitless imagination and exceptional craftsmanship, reflecting our unique approach to innovation and design. Our name represents our commitment to nurturing growth, exploring uncharted territories, and crafting beautifully designed, sustainable solutions.
