This initiative set out to develop and deliver digital products and services through design, lean innovation and agile methodologies, coupled with new technologies and a Product management mindset, to address real opportunities and wicked problems across the business.

Described as 'a start-up within an enterprise', it is both modern and nimble as well as being able to shape complex global enterprise challenges. It’s ambitions and raison d'être however are even more important...
